Founder & CEO
Brendan Lanza has spent more than two decades in education, building experience across multiple teaching and leadership roles. His work across different countries and educational environments shaped the vision behind Qosmo International School.
Driven by the belief that education should better prepare students for life, he developed the thinking behind Qosmo's student-centred methodology, including the RISE and SOAR programmes. His vision for the school is rooted in creating a more meaningful, future-focused, and personal learning experience for students and families.
Our coordinator plays an important role in supporting our teachers and ensuring the smooth delivery of teaching and learning at Qosmo International School. Working closely with both teachers and school leadership, our coordinator helps with academic planning, classroom support, and effective communication.
With a strong focus on collaboration and student learning, the Teaching Coordinator helps create a consistent, engaging, and supportive learning environment for every student at Qosmo.

IT & SIS Administrator
Our IT & SIS Administrator plays an important role in supporting Qosmo International School’s technology and administrative systems. The role oversees the school communication system, ensuring student information and school records are maintained accurately and efficiently.
Working closely with teachers, staff, and school leadership, our IT & SIS Administrator provides technical support, manages digital platforms, and helps ensure the smooth operation of the school’s day-to-day systems. Through reliable technology and organised data management, the role supports an efficient and connected school environment.
